We often think of our dreams as distant — “someday” visions that we’ll step into once the stars align, the money shows up, or we’ve done all the work.
But what if your dream is already here… just not in the form you expected?
Episodes 54 and 55 of Vibrations and Manifestations explore how unseen growth and subtle perspective shifts can reveal that you’ve already been living parts of your dream all along.
In Episode 54, Mushroom Manifestation: Trust the Unseen, Alicia shares a powerful metaphor from nature:
“Mushrooms may seem to pop up overnight, but in reality, the mycelium network has been growing underground for a long time. The visible mushroom is just the final stage of a process that’s been in motion for weeks, months, or even years.” – Alicia
Your manifestations work the same way. While you might be watching one “spot” for progress, the real growth could be happening elsewhere, just under the surface, quietly preparing to emerge.
Tip:
When you feel stuck, zoom out. Ask yourself: Where else in my life could progress already be unfolding?
In Episode 55, How To Make Your Dreams Happen Right Now! Jared shares a personal example:
“My mom’s dream was to win the lottery so she could buy houses for my brother and me. But she’s already helping us with rent and even plans to buy my brother a townhouse next year. The dream is already in motion — she just didn’t need the lottery ticket first.” – Jared
We often lock onto one “correct” way for our dreams to happen — and if it doesn’t show up exactly that way, we miss the evidence that it’s already here.
This simple 4-step practice helps you uncover the dream-in-progress hiding in your current life:
1. Name Your Dream (or Desire)
If you can’t think of a big dream, start with a small desire that would bring you joy or ease.
“Your dream doesn’t have to be huge. It just has to be yours.” – Alicia
2. Find the Essence
Ask: What’s the feeling I’m really after? Freedom, security, love, adventure?
3. Spot the Evidence
List all the ways you’re already experiencing that feeling, even in small or unexpected ways.
4. Add Gratitude
Next to each example, write why you’re grateful for it.
“Gratitude literally reprograms your brain to see more of what you appreciate.” – Jared
One major block is all-or-nothing thinking — the belief that unless your dream is fully realized, it doesn’t count.
“Those smaller pieces are valid. They matter.” – Alicia
Tool: Keep a daily Already Here List — jot down one way your dream showed up today, no matter how small. Over time, this trains your mind to notice the ongoing manifestation.
Both episodes emphasize feeling your dream before it fully arrives. The guided meditation in Episode 55 walks you through:
The Reticular Activating System (RAS) in your brain acts like a filter, showing you what it thinks is important. If you focus on what’s missing, it hides evidence of what’s here.
Shift your focus to existing abundance, and your RAS will highlight more of it.
Whether you’re in the quiet underground phase of the Mushroom Manifestation or spotting the early blooms with the Already Here Inventory, remember:
Your dream isn’t far away — it’s already part of your reality. The more you notice it, the more it grows.
