Practical Tip: Start an “intuition log.” Write down when you had a hunch, what you did with it, and how it turned out. Over time, you’ll see your intuitive compass is more accurate than you thought.

Your subconscious doesn’t distinguish imagination from reality. That’s why you can wake up from a dream feeling angry at someone for what they “did,” even though it never happened.

That’s also why visualization is powerful. When you repeatedly imagine your desired outcome and feel it fully, your subconscious installs it as truth.
Practice: Try emotional rehearsal. For 30 seconds, picture a specific desired moment (a confident meeting, a loving exchange, a financial breakthrough) and feel the joy, relief, or gratitude as if it’s happening now.
